The Generator is supplied complete with the necessary microprocessor-based controls and software allowing the Generator to sense the battery state of charge and automatically start and stop.
NOTE: The maximum Amp output of the Polar Power DC Marine Generators is 360 Amps.

Polar Power DC diesel generators can output from 12 Volts to 550 Volts DC. To accomplish this Polar has a variety of alternator windings and models to choose from. This also gives Polar generators the ability to offer specific Voltage ranges at different engine speeds. The higher the Volatge that you decide on the greater will be your choice for engine speeds. Higher Voltages are beneficial to reduce the need for higher currents.
