Ordering an "Engineered Solution"
Here at Pinnacle Innovations/ getlithium.com and Lithionics Battery we like to think that we do things differently - the Lithionics Batteries are certainly built to a far higher standard than other lithium-ion batteries on the market.
Our Sales Approach is also quite different - we offer what we call "Engineered Solutions" where we take the time to understand your needs and all of the particulars of your project so tht we can correctly specify the right product for you to get you all of the performance that we say you will get. By taking a "Total Systems Approach" with each project you can be assured of a trouble-free upgrade.

We have deliberately listed a lot of information about our products on the website to provide transparency and details to help our valued clients make informed decisions. We can accept payment for orders via the following:

$USD Bank Wire Transfer - from Canadian, USA and International Banks. Send in $USD and our bank accepts in $USD. Notes: We offer a 2.25% discount on the parts costs with this option. We can email you an instruction sheet.

Pinnacle Innovations Labour Rates and Purchasing Terms:

Installations - At our Langley workshop or Local/ On-site Pinnacle Innovations offers a 3 year warranty on installation hardware parts and labour. This excludes "consumables like fuses" and high wear items like alternators and chargers that have their own warranty periods. Please Note that we are unable to install Client supplied parts and our parts pricing includes ongoing support as well as the pre-installation time to review the installation procedures/ programming etc.	$179.00 CAD per hour or by total contract price
Installations -International Travel Required (see some photos below or visit our Installations Page)	$1,250.00 USD per day plus travel costs or by total contract price
Preliminary System/ Project Analysis and Simple Quotes	In most cases we do not charge for this unless we need to consult other engineers. In most cases there is No Fee for Quotes and No Pressure.
System Design Work/Detailed Quotations:	In some cases we may need to charge for this. Normally we offer from 4-6 hours of consultations and communications without charge but if your project is complicated, we offer system design services and/or there are frequent changes we may need to charge extra at the rate of $179.00 CAD per hour or we may ask the Client for an initial "deposit" towards extended consultations and to offset system design costs. In many cases a "deposit" can be credited towards the purchase of the main components of the system but it is non-refundable once the design/ quoting work begins.
Engineering Assistance such as complex installation wiring diagrams, preparation of manuals etc. Sample Pinnacle Innovations marine wiring diagram to ABYC marine code	From $179.00 CAD per hour. Note: In some cases Engineering Consultation fees can be partially credited towards a system purchase. We normally offer the wiring diagrams at a heavily subsidized rate but these fees are non-refundable.
In-shop fabrications (battery boxes, electrical racks etc.):	$179.00 CAD per hour plus materials or by total contract price
Ordering and Terms - Custom Electrical Devices and Made to Order Products:
Lithionics Battery Standard Purchase Terms This applies to Lithionics Battery Products.
Ordering and Terms: Custom made to order electrical parts, the Lithium-ion Battery Industry and much of the RV and Marine Industries work on a "Cash in Advance Basis". As such, Pinnacle Innovations needs to collect either full payment or at least a 50% deposit on most orders before we can secure production scheduling. In some cases Lithionics can accept a 50% deposit with the balance due at least 2 weeks before the expected completion date if the lead time is more than 40 days or so.	Pinnacle Innovations will issue all clients Paid Receipts/ Statement Updates as payments are made. As soon as orders ship we will email you the tracking information.
Non-Cancellable Orders:	All custom or made to order electrical products are non-cancellable after payment has been made and the order is in to our Manufacturers. In most cases our Vendors/ Suppliers will issue a credit if changes are made to the order early on and before production has begun.

ADDITIONAL SYSTEMS INCLUDING AIR CONDITIONERS AND DIESEL GENERATORS: Our goal at Pinnacle Innovations and getlithium.com is to bring our Customers best in class products so that we can provide integrated total systems solutions that complement the best in class Lithionics lithium-ion battery systems. With the growth in popularity of DC power solutions in marine, RV and industry, the Lithionics lithium-ion battery systems have made more things possible - including replacing generators on RV's and getting rid of inefficient diesel AC Generators. As a big part of this change we worked closely with a pioneering Customer of ours and Queen Long Marine Company in Taiwan (manufacturer of the precision crafted Hylas yachts and sailboats) to create a new marine industry standard featuring a predominantly 24 Volt DC sailboat with numerous DC charging solutions and upgrades. INSTALLATIONS: (see rates above) In many cases we can provide on-site installations, supervision and consultation. Some of the locations that we have travelled to include Taiwan, Florida and other locations. We can contract installations on an hourly or daily rate or by total quoted price. When travel is required for installations or on-site supervision we charge a nominal rate for 1/2 day or a full day of travel. Above photo shows the 24 Volt Victron Energy Multiplus 3kW inverter-charger being installed alongside several Perfect Switch POWER-GATE rectifier relays and custom programmed ORing relays. Above photo shows two Lithionics 12 Volt 450 Amp hour batteries in parallel connected to a 400 Amp NeverDie BMS box. As part of the installation here in Vancouver on this 2017 Jeanneau 44' sailbaot, we also had to fabricate and install a preceision-fit custom aluminum battery box.		Some Installation photos - View more Installation Photos on our Installations Page:   In the above photo, Pinnacle Innovations came up with the flashing idea on the bimini roof centreline and designed it to conceal all the solar power cable wiring. We then had the Queen Long Marine Company in Taiwan build the flashing to our specification for our Customer. Perfect Switch Power-Gate rectifier relays installed in a complex 24 Volt system with multiple battery banks and shared charging equipment.
